Scout Group Events

Girl Scouts

This action packed, fun-filled program can be modified to each individual troops goals.

Troop participants will have the opportunity to learn about:

Basic Horse Anatomy
Caring and Owning a Horse
Grooming/Washing
Basic Tacking/Saddling instruction
Basic riding instruction in our outdoor arena

And create a Horsemanship craft to take home!

Participants with leave with good foundational horsemanship, confidence and an unforgettable experience.

Let us help your troop earn their Horsemanship Badge!

Dates: October through May

Time: 2 hours-by appointment only; Weekday PM sessions or Saturday AM sessions

Group Size: Minimum of 6 participants, Maximum of 12 participants (flexible if coverage is available for date/time)

Fee: $60.00 + tax/Scout

We work closely with the troop leader(s) and provide each participant with a study guide prior to the scheduled group event. This study guide will help prepare the participants, so that they can retain the knowledge and still have fun during the scheduled event!
