Meet the Toscano Farms Staff
Jena Toscano
Founder, Director & Instructor
Jena (pronounced as Gina) is a devoted mother of 3 spunky kiddos, 15, 8 & 2 1/2 years old. While loving horses was easy, she realized she needed to make some drastic changes in her life to make her horse dreams come true. After her best friend, her father, died and her daughter was born with a crippling disease, Jena felt limited physically, mentally and spiritually. Jena decided that she was no longer going to live in the shadows of others and started showing up for herself. She lost 230lbs, leased a horse, listened to her mentor and worked hard every day. She now thrives on watching her children, students & clients love and connect with horses as she does. Her goal is to help others open their mind and heart to the endless learning opportunities, whether it's about themselves, life, animals and horsemanship.

My name is Zoey and it is amazing to volunteer here at Toscano Farms! I grew up around horses and many other animals. I've done my fair share of competing and decided to take a break due to school and sports. I'm so glad I was given the opportunity to help at the barn. The people that you come in contact with, are instantly family, always welcoming and open to do anything. I love hanging out with everyone and teaching lessons, but I think my favorite part is being able to go on trail rides and gain knowledge from everyone around me. I can't wait to get back into competing and I think the instructors here will help me get there.

My name is Mya Jaseph (people call me MJ) and I am a volunteer here at Toscano Farms. I have worked with horses for a majority of my life and I absolutely adore it. I love being at the barn, everyone is so kind and loving. My favorite horse at the barn would have to be Diesel. He has this wonderful personality that makes everyone laugh, especially when I sit in front of him and he takes it upon himself to style my hair!
